SafetyFirst processes your personal data. However, we don’t collect more information than we need. On our website, we collect that data via cookies. In doing so, VeiligWerk b.v. acts as a processor within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data we record about you is:
- Date of registration
- (Business) email address and telephone number
- First and last name
- All data you enter in a report or other type of form
- The location of the user when creating a report, if he/she chooses the option to use the current location.
- Assigned relationships (e.g., belonging to a business unit, supervisor, name of the organization)
- Submitted report(s)
- Name of the project
We do not retain the provided data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes stated in these terms of use and the SaaS agreement between the utilizing company and VeiligWerk. We apply the statutory retention period of 7 years, depending on the data and documents. Data will be removed from the system within 60 days when the use by VeiligWerk's client (your employer / client) terminates.
Data about your visits to our website will be retained until your browsing session ends, except where it concerns data collected for analytical and marketing purposes. In those cases, we will keep your information for 1 year after collection.
